These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on 1aaerobicshoes.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Info, 30 Day Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Statement.
1. About us
This website is operated by 1A Aerobic Shoes, 15 Ballesteros Street, North Lakes QLD 4509, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at sales@1aaerobicshoes.com.au.
2. Products
- We try to show product colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Please check our Size Chart before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before you buy.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if payment is not received, the product is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept PayPal, card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has cleared.
6. Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, because we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. See our Shipping Info page for more details.
7. Returns and refunds
Change-of-mind returns are covered by our 30 Day Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and include your invoice number and date of purchase.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Clearance and special-price items cannot be returned for change of mind.
- You can choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
8. Faulty items and your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your item is faulty, please email us with your order number and photos of the problem. We will cover the reasonable cost of returning faulty items. Nothing in these terms or our Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for clearance or special-price items.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
10. Website content
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used without our permission. Brand names of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Statement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Queensland.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
