Where we ship
- Australia: we deliver Australia-wide.
- New Zealand: we deliver to New Zealand.
- Other countries: international shipping is priced on application. Please contact us with your address and the items you want, and we will send you a quote.
Shipping costs
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown in AUD at checkout, before you pay. It depends on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Free shipping may apply to larger orders, and this will also be shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been sent, delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment has cleared.
International orders
Orders sent outside Australia may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully when you order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it before your order is dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please email sales@1aaerobicshoes.com.au with your order number and we will help you sort it out with the courier.
